Our attorneys have extensive experience in collective and interest based bargaining, labor arbitrations and many issues argued in Federal and State Courts, before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the State Employment Relations Board (SERB) and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC).

 

We represent employees and employers in a variety of state and federal actions including ADA, ADEA, and FMLA issues, wage and hour and unemployment claims, discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination, and workers’ compensation administrative claims and court appeals.  In addition we advise clients on how to avoid disputes and in defending claims for violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets. We also counsel employers to pro-actively revise employment manuals and other agreements in order to save money and avoid expensive litigation.
