Mr. Gasior is a partner at Reitz Paul & Shorr and is entering his twentieth year in the practice of law.  Mr. Gasior’s practice includes representing multiple School Districts in navigating their daily administrative, personnel and student issues,  collective bargaining negotiations, contract drafting and review with vendors/ public entities,  levy and bond issues, worker’s compensation claims, incremental tax financing and in lawsuit representation.  Gasior has over a decade of experience representing some of the largest commercial banks and mortgage processers in the area of creditor’s rights and commercial collections.  Mr. Gasior represents his business clients in entity formation, collections and business litigation.  For his individual clients, he zealously represents them in all areas of domestic relations, including but not limited to divorce/dissolution, custody and support.  Gasior prides himself on client communication and keeping them informed. 

 

Gasior is a 1998 graduate of Youngstown State University with a BA in Political Science.  He obtained his law degree from the Ohio Northern University Pettitt College of Law, where he participated on their Moot Court team.  He is married and has two sons.  He donates his time as the athletic director at their school, his parish’s endowment boards and volunteers in various sports leagues.
